Introduction
The Heritage House is a fine dining restaurant in North Sydney, known for its seasonal menu, elegant interiors, and tailored guest experiences. We partnered with the venue at the end of 2024 and start of 2025 to manage their social media presence across Instagram and Facebook. Our role focused solely on social media management, including strategy development, content calendar creation, scheduling, copywriting, ensuring a consistent brand voice and polished presence across platforms.
the goal
The primary objectives were to increase brand awareness, build a consistent online presence, and drive bookings through social media, especially for key occasions like Valentine’s Day and weekend brunch. The Heritage House also wanted to elevate their Instagram grid to match their refined brand identity and stand out in Sydney’s competitive dining scene. Our specific targets for the three-month period were to increase reach by 30%, boost views by 25%, and achieve a 20% increase in click-through rates to their booking platform
The strategy
To reach these goals, we implemented a tailored social media strategy designed to elevate the restaurant’s online positioning and drive results. This involved refining their content themes to align with service priorities, improving the consistency and timing of posts, optimising copy for engagement and action, and leveraging high-performing formats such as Reels and carousels. We introduced structured scheduling aligned with key dining moments (like weekends and public holidays), encouraged user engagement through storytelling, and made strategic use of call-to-actions to push bookings. All content was curated from in-house imagery and assets, with our focus on maintaining visual and tonal consistency that reflected The Heritage House’s brand sophistication. Paid ads and imagery were handled by two separate external partners.
