Introduction

Serenity Mosman is a wellness and beauty clinic offering rejuvenating treatments in Northern Sydney. In early 2025, we began working with Serenity Mosman to manage their social media presence, focusing on content creation and social media management. Our goal was to enhance their online presence and help build stronger connections with their audience, driving awareness and engagement. From October 2025, we expanded our partnership to include Meta Paid Ads, with a focus on increasing conversions and driving bookings.

the goal

Our objective was to increase Serenity Mosman’s visibility, engage their local community, and highlight their unique wellness services like Japanese Head Spa, facials, massages, and holistic treatments. With a newly developed online presence, we aimed to grow their follower base, boost reach, and drive more bookings and engagement. Our specific goals were to increase reach by 30% and views by 35% over the next three months. By focusing on creating authentic and visually engaging content, we sought to establish Serenity Mosman as a trusted, go-to wellness destination in the Lower North Shore.

The strategy

To achieve this, we developed a content strategy that reflected the calming, rejuvenating essence of the Serenity brand. We focused on creating high-quality visuals that showcased the salon services and the peaceful, restorative environment clients could expect. Showcasing the team and testimonials became key to building trust, while dynamic content, like Instagram Reels and carousels, helped keep the audience engaged.
